Nam Ngum Dam one of the biggest Manmade Lake in Southeast Asia, the Source of 14 Hydro Power Plants built on its Waterway and tributaries with approximately 2000 MW Power production capacity. It is located 90Km from the Country's Capital. 10% of the countrys population dwell in the the Nam Ngum River Basin.
